Consultation

Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with Ari to discover the best service for your child. Get expert advice and guidance from the comfort of your home.

Physical Therapy Evaluation

A 60-minute comprehensive assessment is completed to evaluate your child’s physical development in the areas of strength, balance, coordination, functional mobility, and posture.

Fitness for Champs

These are “fine tune-up” sessions. This means that these champs need support with endurance, agility, strength, and confidence. Complete the Wellness Checklist to see if this is a right fit for your child. No Diagnoses required.

Physical Therapy Treatment

An individualized plan of care is created to provide services based on the results of the assessment and goals for your champ. Treatment frequency/duration will be determined based on the results of the assessment.

Home Exercise Program

A home exercise program will be provided with each plan of care for you and your champ to carry-over skills.

Expert Telehealth Services

Experience expert care through video call exercise demos, parent education, and brief consultations regarding developmental milestones or progressions of exercises. Connect with us online for your child’s health needs.

1. Schedule An Appointment

First step is to book an appointment with us.

2. Consultation

Our physical therapist will contact you and strategize a plan of care that is deemed most appropriate.

3. Start Physical Sessions

Our physiotherapist will start providing personalized sessions at your location(at homes/schools)

4. Follow Up

Physical therapy sessions will occur one to three times per week depending on the severity of the diagnosis or case. Re-Evaluations may occur every 6 months.

					We reached out to Ari after our 2 month old was presenting with signs of flat head and mild head tilt. Ari was super responsive and visited us that same week for a consultation. She worked with our son for 3 months at our house on weekly basis. He showed improvement every week based on her suggestions. Our son was super happy when Ari stretched him out for 30 minutes. She is informative, helpful, and a great PT for children. We would highly recommend her and Rising champs to anyone in south Florida looking for the best! We’ll miss her weekly visits.

					Ari is an absolutely amazing and caring physical therapist. She is extremely intelligent, patient,  and really amazing at what she does. She  knows how to make physical therapy fun for kids while helping them achieve their goals. My son loves her and is ahead of all the other kids in his class when it comes to fine motor skills and physical activities because of the amazing work Ari has put in with him. My son looks forward every week to his sessions with her. I highly recommend using her as a physical therapist. She really cares and knows exactly what to do to help with any issue a child might have. 10/10recommend!!!!
